Nova Scotia’s Department of Justice has added the 2024 deaths of Keleana Trask and Tyler Meagher to the provincial Rewards for Major Unsolved Crimes Program. The program offers up to $150,000 for verified information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

Passersby discovered a burned vehicle on MacLean Road in Greenhill in November 2024. Investigators determined the vehicle fire was set deliberately and that both Trask, of Truro, and Meagher, of Grande Prairie, Alberta, were killed before the vehicle was torched. Justice Minister Scott Armstrong urged anyone with knowledge about the incident to contact the confidential tips line at 1-888-710-9090.
