Canadian TV, Internet and Telecom Industry Meets in Halifax
HALIFAX — Representatives from Canada’s broadcasting and telecommunications industries are gathering in Halifax beginning today.
CCSA Connect 2026 runs September 14 through 16 at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront.
The Canadian Communication Systems Alliance’s annual conference brings together independent communications companies, television programmers, technology suppliers and other industry stakeholders.
Sessions are expected to cover broadcasting, broadband, connectivity and the changing Canadian media environment.
Among this year’s speakers is CRTC Commissioner for Atlantic Canada and Nunavut Ellen C. Desmond.
The conference is particularly relevant to smaller Canadian broadcasters and communications providers operating outside the country’s largest markets.
